Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are honored to invite you to the first conference in the series "Horses in questions: Science - Practice" which will take place on May 9, 2025 (Friday) at the Conference Center of the University of Agriculture in Krakow, at al. 29 Listopada 46.
The main theme of the conference is "Roughage and methods of its proper use in horse nutrition”. The invited speakers are not only renowned scientists representing the most important academic centers in Poland and abroad, with extensive research achievements, but also practitioners with years of experience working with horses—focusing on their nutrition, reproduction, behavior, and breeding. The lectures will be simultaneously translated, and after each one there will be time for questions and a brief discussion.
The participation fee for the conference is 400 PLN, which includes attendance, a certificate of participation, conference materials, simultaneous translation, a coffee break, and lunch. For students of zootechnics, veterinary medicine, animal behavior/ethology, biology, and related fields, the fee is 300 PLN.
We cordially invite all interested parties to participate, particularly horse owners and breeders, veterinarians, researchers, and students who aspire to work with horses in the future.
Registration for participants will open on February 13, 2025, and will remain open until April 25, 2025 (the final payment deadline). The registration form will be available starting on February 13, 2025. Registration can only be completed by filling out the form.
